Job Description:
- Define Strategy for customer plan change from existing to new post rationalization, execution of Strategy
- Deliver master business readiness (Go to Market-GTM) framework
- Defining GTM requirements and Deliver master business readiness planning (GTM) & communication plan, Customer facing (channels) readiness, Business operations (Sales & Customer management) readiness, alignment with regulatory
- Prepare GTM readiness (channels readiness, sales support readiness, Customer Service readiness), review and sign off
- Communication to internal and external customers or campaigns related to any impact arising due to product rationalization exercise
- Anticipate potential business risks (internal & external), compliances & regulations and provide mitigation plan
- Lead and represent business stakeholders bridging cross functional teams in delivering Program Objectives
- Collaborate with Digi to identify and on-board business stakeholders and relevant SMEs mapped with Application Vendor’s resource requirement.
- Lead & manage end to end business process.
- Drive together with Digi Business stakeholder on billing capabilities prioritization, capabilities execution strategy
- Lead and drive business team to accomplish below initiatives to fulfill defined transformation objective for all impacted business domains:
- Business Process Simplification
- Product Rationalization
- Account Structure Simplification
- Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and address resistance.
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
- Assess the change impact and complete change management assessments.
- Defines and tracks KPIs to monitor progress of change within a broad range of the organization.
- Actively drive a process improvement and innovation culture in line with the organization values, vision and mission
- Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics.
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Integrate change management activities into project plan
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness, and manage stakeholders across all functions
- Support change management at the organizational level, Enterprise Change Management
