Job Description
Position Objective:Maintain contract and vendor management related working processes/ procedures.
Work Location: Malaysia or travel per request
Roles and responsibilities:
• Maintain standard process of contract management and vendor management
• Coordinate the contract review by legal and related internal stakeholders
• Coordinate MSA and SOW review and sign-off process with BUs and internal stakeholders
• Conduct Vendor Annual Appraisal and maintain approved vendor record on daily operation.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
• This position is individual contributor.
Communication requirements :
Internal (50%)
Communicate with contract/service owners for their requirements on the contract and internal stakeholders for their comments on contractual documents.
Discussion within team on the solution/issue found during the completion of assigned tasks
External (50%)
Understand legal’s comments and clarify if unclear
Discussion with external counter parties on the solution/issues found during the completion of assigned tasks.
Most challenging type of communication – To ensure the delivery scope, this job holder needs to communicate with business owner to have completed understand user requirement.
Minimum Education Background:
• University degree or above
• 3-4 years of contract management experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Good communication skill
