Job Description
Mix of fresher and experience profile with customer service aptitude
skills
● SPM and above on educational qualification
● Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to
converse, read and write (type) effectively in the native language or
language in which services are to be provided
● Ability to converse, read and write effectively in English is an added
advantage
● Ability to multitask, detail oriented and possess good problem-solving
skills
● Customer oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to
communicate effectively with customers
● Passionate in helping to resolve customer issues / queries and
complaint handling
● A team player who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment
● A self-starter who is able to work independently and under minimal
supervision
● Willing to work in a 24 hrs x 7 days shift work (including
weekends and public holidays)
● Good computer skills including the ability to navigate and use multiple windows.
In addition to Minimum Hiring Criteria for Voice Personnel:
● Prior experience in handling Social Media or familiar with Social Media
● Able to determine the problem/sentiment of each interaction
and responds professionally
● Good typing speed & accuracy
● Excellent writing skill
