Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow.
  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to convert Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs into functional Webflow websites.
  • Ensure website functionality aligns with branding, visual identity, and overall business goals.
  • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Implement interactive features, animations, and custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) as needed.
  • Collaborate with the development team to enhance existing Webflow sites by adding new features and improving performance.
  • Ensure consistency across different devices and browsers.
  • Keep up with the latest trends and updates in Webflow and front-end web development to continuously improve our web platforms.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Webflow Developer with a portfolio sh`owcasing previous work.
  • Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Webflow CMS and custom code integration.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for interpreting designs.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.
  • Ability to create custom interactions and animations within Webflow.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, especially in healthcare or therapeutic contexts.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality web experiences.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with healthcare or wellness-related web development.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce features in Webflow.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics for tracking performance.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
