I am a seasoned HR professional who is adept at HR operations, Business Partner role and strategic HR. I have spent more than eight years in a Business Partner and Compensation Benefits regional role in a leading German organization and as Global Head of HR in a Private Equity for another eight years.
I am currently with Navis Capital as a HR Manager. Navis is the largest private equity firm in South East Asia with the head office in Kuala Lumpur. I was the first HR hire for Navis, and I have been here since year 2012. As the Head of HR, I manage all HR matters for Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Australia. I have put in place HR policies, alignment of compensation and benefits, process and procedures.
Before Navis, I was with Henkel Malaysia for eight years. I joined Henkel in the year 2003 and was in a Generalist/Business Partner role for about six years. After which, I specialized in Compensation & Benefits for South-East Asia for the last two years before joining Navis.
