Throughout my 12+ years of experience, I have been involved in various software testing activities
like - understanding the requirements, design/execution of test case, logging defects, test planning,
setting up testing standards and best practice, measure and monitor testing progress.
Specific to test automation area below are few of my contributions:
- Worked on UFT, Selenium web driver, nightwatchJS, Proctoctor
- Worked on various frameworks like modular, Keywork, data driven and Hybrid frameworks
- Recently developed E2E test automation framework using Selenium web driver and cucumber to
support BDD
- Have developed file comparison utility using vbscript in my past organisation
- Have exposure to Agile and Devops culture which helps to practice Shift left testing activities
- I have also been involved in activities like Tool selection, Prioritise suitable candidates for
automation
- Developed strategy for quality gates for build pipeline
- Provide detailed reports and metrices on testing activities and worked on test management tools
like Jira/Confluence and ALM
- Worked on git, Jenkins , maven , testNG tools
I have exposure to various development methodologies which includes waterfall, Agile – Scrum,
Acceptance test driven development and CI/CT/CD
