In my last role, I was functioning as Lead Incident Manager in T-Systems Malaysia, responsible for a major Oil and Gas client, providing services on hosting and storage platform. In previous roles, I had been attached to a local company as retail executive, responsible for telecommunication products, onsite engineer for Mesiniaga Malaysia, responsible for a top MNC organization in Penang. Subsequently, I was attached to HP Malaysia as Service Desk executive and then worked with IBM as L3 engineer, both responsible for reputable, European-based organizations.
Currently I am looking out for opportunities in IT Service Management, business operations, junior or mid-management roles. Working with various client units across the world and engaging in multinational environments provided me with an ample knowledge and skills which I could bring in to your organization and work alongside your company’s visions and missions. Furthermore, I have the ability to work in demanding and critical situations, able to adapt to new changes quickly as well as able to work under minimum supervision. Working in an organization is not just about an individual but it is about team work which I strongly advocates. I am open to exploring new roles and challenges in order to diversify myself as well as empowering the organization I am attached to.
In parallel, I am currently pursuing postgraduate Master in Business Administration (MBA) - General at Open University Malaysia (OUM) with intended graduation on 2021.
