I am a graduate B.Tech. in Mechanical engineering from The institution of Engineers ( india ). I had the privilege of working for previous company as a project manager for approx 16 years, where I learned valuable professional skills such as project management planning, Executive, Monitoring, clossing, plant maintenance, Installation and commissioning of entire paint shop & HVAC projects. Project planning schedule by microschedule, MS Project planning tools with zero accident. Quality management system, client Coordination, manpower mobilisation. Kickoff meeting with the project staff. Maintenance management such as lean manufactuing plant like TPM, MTBF, MTTR, OEE calculation, Store Inventry, Basic Docomentation . Quality management system, Maintenance planning, planned preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance to minimised the break down of the plant. While working on Technical skills I also learned some organisational skills and management skills .
