I am the HR Business Partner-India with Semtech Advanced Systems India Pvt Ltd, where I have been leading India's HR operations since April 2019. Semtech is a US-based leading global supplier of high-performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductors and advanced algorithms for infrastructure, high-end consumer, and industrial equipment. Listed in Nasdaq as SMTC.
In this role, I manage the complete India HR operations, operating 3 locations in India (Bhubaneswar, Bangalore & Hyderabad) and 2 other locations in Asia (Singapore & Thailand).
My academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources from IILM-AHL, an Executive Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from the IIM-Calcutta (IIM-C), and a certificate in HR Analytics from IIM Rohtak (IIM-R).
