I would like to brief you about my work experience in different aspects of supply chain and skills developed . My total work experience is more than 10 years. In different management roles in SCM I have developed strong co-ordination , team management, liaising , demand and supply planning skills. Currently I am working at Kaybee Exports which is in FMCG sector. I handle complete Supply Chain Planning ,Logistics Planning and Capacity Planning. In my Prior experience I had worked in General Mills India (US Based fortune 500 Company) in FMCG Sector where I got an opportunity to work and develop different supply chain strategies like ordering strategy, replenishment strategy, inventory strategy, and mitigation strategy to reduce age risk and any stock out situation. I got an opportunity to work on oversees project for 3 years at Amsterdam, Netherlands while working in Tire Manufacturing company which is an MNC. I was responsible to set up a team for handling all supply chain operations which included order management, dispatch planning , logistics, warehouse management .This duty required close monitoring , co-ordination , analytical skills, ability to liaise with customers and 3 PL warehouse service providers, addressing all the issues and maintain high service level. I have gained extensive experience working in international environment. My experience in Alliance Tires had afforded me the opportunity to become familiar with international custom operations , international logistics and Supply Chain Operations. I do have worked in Furniture Sector in Purchase, Procurement and Project Management. I am confident that my experience in Supply Chain would be considered for the position which is vacant .
