Not every single customer we've met needs our proposal. A good proposal must be very crisped and detailed, that answers the customer's genuine requirement. And it takes a lot of time and creativity to create one. The last thing we want to do is to send a proposal without knowing exactly what the customer's need, and that proposal gets thrown away just like that.
