Hello Friends,
It has been a journey of just 5 months at Scikey and I have created a few heart felt moments already. My selection process, onboarding, briefing etc has been nice and I thought SCikey is made up of nice people. Later as incidents kept occurring, I realized Scikey is a culture, a culture of achievements backed by strong human values, a culture of targets promoted by individual care at all levels, a culture of growth supported by UNDERSTANDING and HELPING each other as a true family.

My Mom went through a medical emergency and I was clueless about mediclaim and other facilities available. Prosenjit, our HR head, supported, guided and followed up on my behalf for all the formalities required. Dr. Pankaj too was extremely polite, nice and helpful. In fact I needed to just send a courier and I did not even realise that the amount was transferred to my account in 8 days.

It is not about the money, It's about the care and affection towards the team treated as family here. Thank you Karun for making me a part of this family and thank you Prosenjit to handle the family with best of your ability.
