In the year 2019, Buffer published a report titled “State Of Remote Work” highlighting that 17% of the employees, working remotely, face issues with effective collaboration and communication. Our team at SCIKEY, decided to conduct this study to bridge this gap and come up with effective ways of communicating and engaging the workforce based on their driving force.
