Women are fighting every day to make their place in the world. They strive hard to break the cliches associated with their gender and try even harder to make their mark. Workplaces are no different. The male-dominated industries are reluctant to offer women roles outside of HR and marketing and women look forward to breaking the stereotypes. This battle is not physical but its wounds are far more profound and every working woman has scars that are native to her - telling her story.
