Subsequently, I worked as CTO with GMR group, well-known infrastructure developer, focused on automation of sector businesses (Airport, Energy, EPC, Highways and emerging sectors viz. Smart city, Education, Real Estate & family business). Recently I played the role of CTO in Deshpande Foundation and focused towards Rural transformation by Automating processes in 4 Impact verticals ( Agri, Skilling, Micro-entrepreneurship & Startups). Implemented trusted data foundation viz. Data Driven Agriculture Initiative to improve the efficiency in farming practices, Skilling (Technology Driven industry specific skilling programs for employability); Micro-entrepreneurship (credit link ME development program & their revenue tracking & Technology driven micro-entrepreneurship initiative), Startups incubation process automation services. Moreover, I took additional responsibility as Head TDIC ( Tata Deshpande Innovation Center) and CMO ( Chief Marketing Officer) at Deshpande foundation and executed “co-creation & collaboration” framework to support innovation & experimentation culture (Align intent, innovation & impact) including uniform brand-martech strategy & deployed effective digital tools.
