Video interviews are the new normal, but are you prepared? Amanda shares her winning video interview strategy that helped her get a job at Yoga club. Her key pieces of advice are:

1. As with any interview, get familiar with the company’s service, product or mission.
2. Test out your computer ahead of time. It’s a good idea to pay attention to things like sound and wifi.
3. Showcase your personality.
4. Find a comfortable and quiet spot.
5. Check the lighting. It helps for the light to come toward your face, not behind it.
6. Try not to fidget.
